Watson's life starts at 40 and it's almost destroyed. He went undercover while creating the what it's called the Watson's secondhand cash register company, a phony entity set up and funded by NCR. So this fake company actually grew into a successful profit generating company and it was all a ruse. The business's real purpose was to destroy the competition.
