Cognitive therapy is sometimes referred to as the easier, softer path. If you're doing a form of therapy that doesn't really penetrate the deeper parts,. You aren't going to end up feeling isolated and worse off than if you stayed in a support group or a top step group. Particularly if you get to a meeting that's not doing a heavy shame trip like some meetings are. Right? It was a, it was a place where I could identify with others. And even if I couldn't share what I was feeling, at least I could sort of. Identify with other people in pain, you know, if nothing else, right? Yeah. Important first step into authenticity and vulnerability
