Electral Engineering - What Is It?

i come from a very heavily engineering family. My dad and my grandfather both electual engineers. So i started off thinking that was what i would do. But once i got to college, i kind of realized that a lot of the text books were like the same classes. And so i wanted to go where they weren't written yet. I endid up majoring an by switching my major by medical engineering. By the time i left, i was actually working in three different labs.so i became just obsessed with doing primary research.
