The Disconnect Between Career and Short Term Missions
A lot of missionaries themselves have not really deeply thought through systemic injustice, poverty and all of that. And so they often are not able to guide a group through that kind of learning experience when those people go back. Is there some kind of service that short term ships can do that would would are actually good? I mean, is it just coming with our notebooks and learning or is there something that they can actually do that would be healthy for the local ministry in the long run?"
