The Quack Cancer Cure
The King of England is known for sending long missives to government ministers, which are known as black spider memos because of the distinctive scrawl that is his handwriting. He's argued that the Western world has taken a far too mechanistic approach to science. Charles also lobbies for the use of complimentary medicine, which is basically pairing real medicine with nonsense and then attributing some of the success to the nonsense.
