The Unconstitutionality of the Polish Constitution

Polish President Andre Duda signed a new law into effect on Monday. He then sent it to the Constitutional Tribunal, which is supposed to check whether laws fit within the Polish Constitution. The EU announced this week that it's actually suing the Polish government over this move. It's unclear if and when Parliament will even deal with Duda's effort.
