The rumors that he was into magic and eating people started with the Beggondons. A lot of these rumors originate from one Beggondon who served in Idi Amin's cabinet. If they kill a man, it is their practice to insert a knife in the body and touch the bloody blade to their lips. I wouldn't be completely surprised if he got into desecrating some bodies at all.
