No single human behavior has a single cause imen. There's this going to be multi causal, many, many causes. And the whole purpose of regression equations is to control for all the others and just try to tweak the n and see what happens. The idea that we can actually have a ten minute computerized test in in asterile lab setting that can really us about the underpinnings of red lining and housing inequality, andan unjust policing was such a good story. But you know, all these years later, 20 years after the introduction of the i a t, there's very little to show for it. A real opportunity cost to these facts, right?
