When you sit on a portfolio for a long time and you're just stale, it gets stale. Take the property as far as you can and get rid of it. Trade up to the next day. If you have boot in an exchange, there's going to be a place for you to put your boot. There's all kinds of deals there. You can get value add deals. You canget steady, just regular income deals.
