I think continuing to do a good job and obviously nobody's going to sign up if you tell them it's going to take 20 years right but it's a business as well. Giving people realistic expectations of the long-term benefits they're going to gain from resistance training from high intensity interval training I think is so much again. You got to learn to just be in love with your workouts rather than just enamored with a long-term goal or outcome. John: The person who learns to love to walk will travel so much further than the person that's enamored by a destination. We look forward to the next episode in this awesome miniseries thanks John.
