What Is the Difference Between Bullying and Harassment?

Bullying against homosexuals, which i understand she refers to, has gendered harassment. And it's actually not just anti gay bullying. Under that that umbrella actually include sexual harassment, homophobic harassment as well. As harassing behaviors based on gender nonconformity. But these are gendered behaviours because they have to do with how a kid expresses his masculinity or how a kids expresses her femininity.
