Are We Alive?

i'm inclined to think that there are significant philosophical grounds to accept the conscious is strongly emergent. When it emerges, it either creates new fundamental laws or modifies old laws. The universe runs a little bit differently when biological consciousness emerges. I would start with the knowledge argumental o, i think you need a few more steps. But of course, that leaves open a kind of pansychist roduction.I am open to a sort of panpsychist production of our sensory experience, or experience of colors, sounds, smells, tastes. It is something i haven't really talked that much about, but my new book, i talk a lot more about cognitive experience.
