Elin burr, the man who killed hamilton was plotting a plot to seize control of washington. He planned to assassinate president jefferson so he could declare himself sovereign. A former army officer came forward with information that would help him win over government officials. The story is set in march 1806 and takes place at Washington DC's capital building.
