i had more time back then. I was working kind of part time and doing it round the children. Am, well, i think the pamdemic took those away as well. You never find that perfect centre and stay there. Life pulls you in different directions. It's a constant revaluation, readjustment. And so i guess that meta cognition, that awareness of knowing when you're moving out, is so importance.
