The Evolution of Language
There is no correlation between brain size and computer power. Do people with bigger brains have more memory and brain power? I don't know, perhaps not. Everett guy's theory was that people had language up to two million years ago already. It's just that they didn't have speech. Speech also evolved in response to people having language. So they could have language in the sense that they could make arbitrarily complicated, sophisticated ideas.
