Is Fiction Really Good for Sleep?

Prior to bed start reading fiction and then go in your room and No phone no computer and go to sleep. It's kind of like watching a movie without like a screen almost like you're kind of like yeah And the cool part about fiction as well is that sort of I forget the neurology of all of this but it activates parts of your brain. That are not just sort of restorative but they also help connect the dots for all of the conscious thinking you've been doing over the course of the day. They activate the nonfiction and connect the dots of the nonfiction in ways that reading more of nonfiction doesn't do.
