The chances of them getting a vaci ation program up to speed without help ore, i would have thought, basically nil. So they'll have to turn to help from somewhere if they want to immunize their population. The most obvious candidate is china, but it's not clear exactly what form assistance would take. If north carea were to accept help, there are signs that it would be able to make good use of vaccines. And if enough doses were ministered, in fast enough, even considering f the lead time necessary for them to become effective, many lives could be saved.
