How Did You Start to Question Norms About Email?

I really like email as a constraint because you can do so much stuff with it. Because it has to fit into this email, I feel like that flexed our creativity a lot. And my favorite thing is when people say this is like the only email that I enjoy opening.Because there's so much terrible spam, I almost think that's better than letting everybody go crazy with spam.
