Is This a Common Problem in the Non Government Sector?
The problem is that organizations end up acting in the government's interests, not in the interests of their clients. Save the children signed a 36 million dollar contract with the gillard government to provide services to asylum seekers. But then the abbot government wanted save the children to agree to what it called communication protocol,. which would have gagged from speaking out about conditions on the island.
