I grew up in a place called Fishing Lake Métis settlement. It's like a little indigenous community northeast of Edmonton. I just, I found it weird to listen to something that was recorded with my own voice on it. You're trying to hit a note, but you have to teach yourself that it sounds different and then you're hearing it in your head.
