The Tote Bag: A Review
Emily Watson is pretty spellbinding in the central role, but her abundance of screen time does seem to detract from the thematic heart of the events in the film. The best scenes are those where Watson and Frankyosi share a physical and psychological space, but they are too few and far between. It feels more like a product of misjudge writing than an earnest attempt to convey her character's voiceless position in the village. Well, that's a good line, oyster shell clattering score, yeah. But can't help feeling that its interesting moral dilemma was undercut by Sarah. Is it Ashling Frankyosi? Is that how you say her name? I think it is
