Is Kassandra a Multi Party?

I think it is very unlikely that you are going to see a real change in how much representation people have in government. As to kasiston's relationship with russia, the fact of it is that russian influence in kossakstan has been growing for a while. So i don't know that the average cossack is going to be that upset. I think there are people who are more opposition minded who might find this particularly frustrating but i don’t know that it will be a huge driver of discontent.
