Huanna Baraza's Trial
Huanna Baraza was sentenced to 759 years in prison for 16 murders. She is the longest-serving woman convicted of a murder in Mexican history. Her mother, father and stepfather were all killed by gang violence before she left home at age 18. Huanna had three children with abusive men after her mother's death. In March 2008, they found her guilty of all 16 murders, along with 12 robberies.
