The Benefits of Kettlebell Trainings

The general recommendations are 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity and, you know, adding in some strength training. But what I'm hearing you say is that the kettlebells have the capacity to be leveraged to do both in a shorter period of time. If you want to run a marathon, your training might look a little different because we obviously are biased to kettlebells, but we love all equipment.
