Climbing Tips - Breathing

You can't be thinking about your breathing all the time while you're climbing, but rather what you want to do is check in on your breathing frequently. This begins with breathing intentionally before you climb and on the route. And if you're heading into a sequence that is really hard and powerful, well, the breathing will naturally become a bit irregular as you might even need to hold your breath every now and then on a hard kind of core tension move. yelling can be really helpful to direct big forceful exhales that get so breathing again after holding your breath for, say, a move or two.
