Do You Think Regulations Should Apply to Dow's?
Dow's should comply with the jurisdictions in which, you know, they're providing income. I don't see what exemption they would have, nor do I see why they should have an exemption, right? If you're providing compensation to someone, that person should be reporting that income in whatever jurisdiction they're required to report that Income. And then there's like all sorts of other local state and federal laws that can apply to organizations of various kinds. That doesn't make it a security, right? The last thing is like compliance with the other litany of laws,. Like for example, like in Massachusetts, we have a personal property tax, which is somewhat unusual.
