Jackie asks how prisoners can work around poor sanitation and mental health issues in prisons. Dono a says they have to get on with it, there's no choice about it. He uses cleansing rituals as part of his daily ritual when he returns home from work. And one technique is called the solar cross which involves standing straight and using visualization. Jackie: If you can't visualize, you ain't doing no magic. It's not going to happen. But i'm very hot on them using certain cleansing rituals and protective rituals if they want to.
