Dr. Craig Whiteside is associate professor of national security affairs at the US Naval War College and author of the ISIS reader, milestone texts of the Islamic State movement. The Washington Post recently wrote an article where it talks about how the Islamic State is increasing its capacity within, with inside Afghanistan. How do you rate this threat? Is This a significant threat as was put out there by the Washington Post? Is it a merging threat or is it a nascent threat?
