The Placido Effect Is Different From What You See in Clinical Trials
When you look at the placibo arms of clinical trials, people do improve. People who are in in research refer to that as the true placebo effect. And my contention is is that if you account for all these effects and biases and ar croft and other non specific nonsense, i think the value of that so called true place effect is nil.
