What Makes OT Networking Different From the IT Side?
OT devices are purpose-built for their platform on maybe resource constrained hardware. They don't handle extraneous traffic as well as a Windows box might. If a broadcast domain gets too chatty, you can start tipping over some of these OT devices. Multicast leaks and OT is a huge thing because of the decisions some platform makers used.
