The Language of Trance
To one versed in the visionary state, to one with their trance ears open, a common language would be leaping off of those walls. This liminal language of consciousness was not available to those who re-encoutered these caves because they simply had no idea how deaf and dumb and most likely drunk they would have seemed to the artist visionaries who originally painted these images. That this language did not leap from the cave wall did not communicate itself directly to those who encountered these caves for several centuries.
