There is very few organizations to day, and i would say, particularly in our world of like fast growing technology companies, where the tools are being givento ople who are making that transition. And honestly, what can accompany that's going from 50 to a hundred engineers, you know, in the next nine months? I said in a lot of meetings where honestly, tho vep of engineering goes. Ihave two great grat ms. And i have 12 who were promoted from engineers internally, and they're not great at their job yet. So i think there's two things here. There's one is how do you identify the people who would make good ms if you promoted them?
