Chevron Withdrew From the Panel, but Has It Responded to the Recommendations?
Chevron withdrew from this process, but have they done anything to respond to the recommendations of the panel? From what we can tell, not really. Chevron has told us that they can apply with all tax laws and all of the countries that they operate in. But you know, even five years on, that report was issued in November of 2022. It appears that Chevron is still not disclosing information up to the standards that countries want to see.
