HPI and Psych Review Systems or Social History?

Psychiatry is a field that you can really add your own take on it and find something that works for you. I personally like starting with the psych review systems. One thing that I really love about psychiatry is how different it seems to me than really any other medical specialty. It's going to look a little bit different for everyone.
