What Is Financial Blackmail?
There was a scandal in the 80s called the promise software scandal. And this was Israeli intelligence and US intelligence working together. The one bugged by Israel was sold to national security agencies around the world. But on the flip side of that, you have the CIA version which is marketed to banks. This goes back to a very particular group that was using this for the purposes of blackmail also.
