Mr Choker: I think those are really very significant points. It is not just the political parties who are the stakeholders in this debate about RVM. The biggest stakeholder in fact bigger than the political parties is the ordinary water and if there are some waters association as you have said who have sent representation on this issue that should one hopes respond to their concerns. Mr Choker: If this entire issue has been raised to sort of marginalize or put on the back burner the fundamental questions being raised about the existing EVMs that is again a matter of concern.
