The Difference Between Rand and the Philosophy She Created
Rand named the philosophy and then kind of articulated how she wanted it to be thought of. She didn't want her name in that way used. And part of what she says about why she named it objectivism is that people were starting to use the term Randist or Randian. So she wanted and she gave it a proper name, objectivism. It's crystal clear that it's a proper name which means it's the name of the philosophy she created.
