Germany's Foreign Policy Turnaround
The suspension of the Nordstrom 2 pipeline has caused widespread domestic and international debate. There are many questions surrounding where and how Germany should get its energy from now. Just look at Lithuania, it became the first EU country to end its reliance on Russian energy. Every Euro Germany pays to Russia for natural gas is another Euro in Putin's board chest. The Germans right now are obviously rushing to find alternative sources of energy but also just announced that they want to speed up the green transition.
