One of the key risks, obviously, is maintaining the talent quality and culture when you're hiring so fast. What are the things that you have seen in business that have addressed this issue successfully or maybe unsuccessfully? I think onboarding is probably one of the ones. We bring everyone together for their first week and company onboarding. And then we literally fly people, you know, two different locations so they can experience full-stack offices and come together.
