The New Space Telescope, Launched in December

We can learn so much about the universe just by looking up at the sky and seeing those twinkling stars. But we want to know even more than can be seen just by our evolved eyeballs. The james webb space telescope, launched in december 20 21 is the most expensive astronomical observatory humanity has ever built. And finally, we recently saw its first pictures. It's a fantastic day for astronomy.
