Volleyball Coaches Can't Get Ahead of the Net

If you've got to play six on six you need to have the ability to create a defensive system that is zero blockers. everything but blocking depending on your height one of the things that I was in New York City this past weekend working with a legacy volleyball club in Scarsdale High and some other coaches from around the city. The team that can serve the best often wins so i would put more time in a serving than i used to as a younger coach because it's a close motor program.
