I love titles that are a big idea that people need to talk about more. I don't feel proud of resilience. I feel proud of figuring out what isn't working and then being like, I'm not going to do this. That's why I am so in love with people who walk away from things that everybody else would want just because it doesn't work for them. It really showed me the power of having one person in your corner who really understands it. And probably just the title has freed about a lot of people to talk about that part of using a complicated relationship.
