"I don't oppose those efforts I mean I think they're great the major difference would that that makes is that the government the state government in that state and likely also the municipal governments that are that sit under that state government would be required to accept Bitcoin," he said. "If enough states started making it legal tender then we get into sort of that subjective determination of whether at the federal level it can be properly classified as property versus currency so it does have an effect, being a factor."
