The Unplanned Coordination of the Solar Industry
Solar the LCE for solar decreased by 90% over the last 15 years. China came on top of all of these and started to produce these solar panels at scale reaching over capacity and therefore slashing the cost further. There was this dimension of international coordination that was not planned by policymakers right it happened pretty spontaneously. We are entering a new era where geopolitical competition is increasingly focused exactly on the supply chains, he says.
