What's Going on With This Bill?

There's no discussion of recalls in here. How's that process going to go with regard to automated vehicles and technology? It just goes back to this tension with safety. There's no requirement that the secretary even opened up such a mechanism for law enforcement or for states to point out defects. I give the bill kudos at it. The bill represents law enforcement.
