Binaural beats are a sound or tone that can sort of resonate in a way that kind of entrains a brain to sleep better. There's really never been any kind of meaningful research that I've ever seen that shows that any of that is particularly helpful. And so the binaural beat is basically put out there as, hey, you know, if you're listening to these beats at night, could it cure insomnia? It's all physics, baby.
