There are many arguments for YTVA is probably not the best choice for these cases. The use of nitrous oxide is something that you'll see a certain amount of debate about in the literature. There's no increase in cerebral metabolic rate in a modest vasodilatory result from the nitrous oxide, which I think is very acceptable with other features to control brain relaxation.
