What Holds Us Back From Being Transformational Leaders?

I think that only 1% on one hand that's a little bit scary, it's like, as an individual, can I be part of that 1%? Is that possible for me? And how hard is it to really do that if only 1% of people actually get there? On the other hand, this is probably exciting in the world of leadership development. Right now, if only1% people are doing it, but people are doing that, which means there's so much opportunity to develop leaders and people to become at that new level of being. Even moving people from any of these stages is an amazing thing for them and the people around them, right? Exactly.
