Y.T.: How do we match the message to the medium? We have all thes different kinds of technology, and we need to really be strategic about what should be anymalWhat should be a phone call,. What should be on slack, what should beon all these different things. i know this is super relevant also with higher turnover that we're seeing in the workplace. So if we've talked about beginnings, what about ends? And not losing the the base of knowledge that that person has created.
