Madeline Sumpton from the Oxford Migration Observatory was saying that she expected in the next few years net migration numbers to fall off. The problem for the government is the other side of the election when that starts to happen, right? I'm not sure how the politics on this will play, because one thing we have seen in the polls is that people care a lot less about migration than they did at the time of the referendum.
